ITS provides full hardware support to campus computing devices. We can assist in setting up campus devices in offices, laboratories and classrooms.

Services are provided at no cost to current students, staff and faculty.
Policies
ITS does not physically move computing equipment, but can assist in connecting devices once they are moved.
ITS does not connect non-domain computers to the campus' secure WiFi - sdsmtwpa
ITS does not work on personal devices or out-of-warranty devices as a general rule. Any exceptions to this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
