Overview
ITS provides full hardware support to campus computing devices. We are an authorized service repair center for multiple vendors including HP, Lenovo and Fujitsu. Printers use a separate network from computing devices and each network port will need to be configured appropriately for use.

Services are provided at no cost to current students, staff and faculty.
Policies
ITS does not physically move computing equipment, but can assist in connecting devices once they are moved.
ITS does not connect printers to WiFi
ITS does not work on personal devices or out-of-warranty devices as a general rule. Any exceptions to this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
