Passwords keep our data secure from outside interference, but sometimes they can secure our access from ourselves as well. In events such as these the ITS Help Desk can assist you in getting that access back, and ensure that your account security is maintained in the process.

Policies
- Password request changes must come from the user.
- User identity must be verified by ITS in order to proceed
- Accepted forms of verification include government or school issued ID's
