This service is designed to help people with problems that exist between their computer and a campus printer. If you are experiencing an issue printing, but others are not, then the issue is likely on your computer.
Before asking for assistance, please do each of the following steps in order:
1. Check your print credits
a. On your campus computer's desktop, double click the icon labeled "Print Credits"
i. If there is a pop-up, tell it to run
ii. If the icon is not there, it was likely deleted. Go to the ITS Helpdesk to get it put back on your computer
b. Click on the ^ symbol on your toolbar
c. Hover over the black $ symbol to see your current print credits
i. If you need to add print credits, click here
2. Check for updates and reboot your computer
3. Check to see if the issue persists. If so continue down the list.
4. Remove the printer from your saved printers
a. Press the windows key
b. Type "printers" and select "Printers & Scanners"
c. Click on the printer you are having issues with then click on remove
5. Add the printer through coyote
