Introduction
This article shows the steps to report Phishing messages with the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button.
Environment
Microsoft Office with the KnowBe4 Phishing Report option installed.
Please follow the instructions below if you do not have the Phishing Report Button installed.
Install KnowBe4 Report Phishing Tool
Instructions
- Open the Outlook App
- Open the message that you suspect to be a Phishing email.
- Choose the "Report Phishing" option in the "Message" tab of the message window.
- You will receive a submission confirmation window after reporting the message. Choose "Report Phishing" to finish your submission.
- You will receive a confirmation like the one below if you successfully reported one of our test messages.
