Introduction
This article is for you if:
- You visited the ITS Help Desk to avail of their services and there is a waiting period before a solution can be provided.
- You submitted a service request via the ITS Support Portal.
Environment
An Internet-connected device with a web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari)
Instructions
- Go to the ITS Support Portal.
Note: Ensure you are signed in.
- Click on the Services tab located on the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Right below the Services tab, you will now see a list of options to choose from. Select Ticket Requests.
- All your open requests will be displayed, click on the title of your choice to see the relevant details.
- By default, you will be able to view your tickets whose status is New, In Process, or On Hold. You can select the drop-down highlighted in the below screenshot and choose the desired status.
