If you are part of a Teams group that has a phone attached, receiving calls for that group is enabled by default for all members in the group.
Each Individual can toggle receiving calls for groups they are in by following these instructions:
In Microsoft Teams, go to settings:

In the Settings window:
1. Choose ‘Calls’ on the left
2. If you are a member of a Microsoft Team that is tied to a phoneline that is shared, it should list the Calling
Queues that you can choose to receive calls from along the top
3. Select the group you are added to and toggle if you want to receive calls for that group
