How to view your submitted Service Request tickets


This article is for you if:

  • You visited the ITS Help Desk to avail of their services and there is a waiting period before a solution can be provided.
  • You submitted a service request via the ITS Support Portal.


An Internet-connected device with a web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari)


  1. Go to the ITS Support Portal.
    Note: Ensure you are signed in.
  2. Click on the Services tab located on the menu bar at the top of your screen.

  3. Right below the Services tab, you will now see a list of options to choose from. Select Ticket Requests.

  4. All your open requests will be displayed, click on the title of your choice to see the relevant details.
    • By default, you will be able to view your tickets whose status is New, In Process, or On Hold. You can select the drop-down highlighted in the below screenshot and choose the desired status.
