Recover Lost or Forgotten Passwords

Introduction 

These are the steps that dual credit students must take to set up their accounts for the first time. 

Instructions 

  1. Navigate to http://aka.ms/sspr 
  2. Enter your email address (firstname.lastname@mines.sdsmt.edu) and fill out the CAPTCHA field. 
  3. Choose one of the Contact methods to receive a code to confirm your log in.

4. Set your new password in the final window. 


Password Requirements

  • Must be at least 12 characters in length.
  • Must contain at least three of the following:
    • Lower case letter
    • Upper case letter
    • Number
    • Special character
  • May not contain any part of your username (first or last name).
