Introduction

The ClickShare application will allow you to connect to the conference room equipment in Surbeck

Environment

Windows 11

Instructions 

Download and Install the ClickShare App

1. Download the Windows MSI installer from ClickShare
   ClickShare Desktop App Windows MSI installer - Barco​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2. Run ClickShare_Installer.msi from the download
   
   

Open The ClickShare App on your device

1. 
    
2. Choose the respective room from the list of available options. 
   
    
3. Enter the code displayed on the room screen
   
    
4. Choose what content you would like to display
   

Choose room camera, microphone, and speakers

1. The room camera, speakers, and microphones will be available in Teams and Zoom
   Choose ClickShare Camera for camera access
   Choose ClickShare Speakers for room speakers
   Choose ClickShare Microphone for room microphones.
