Introduction
This guide will walk through the steps to activate your mobile ID on your phone through Transact eAccounts
Environment
Mobile phone with Google/Samsung/Apple Wallet app set up and NFC turned on
User's Multi-Factor Authentication set up
Instructions
Search for and open your preferred app store
Search the app store for Transact eAccounts and install it
Here is the icon to look for:
Search for SDSMT in the list of schools
Sign in using your campus credentials
Add your mobile ID to your wallet
Make sure the NFC setting on your phone is turned on and test your mobile ID on one of the door scanners on campus.
If you have access to the room, the scanner will turn green.
If you don't have access to the room, the scanner will turn red.
