The way our campus computers stay activated is that they check in with the campus server and get a time sensitive pass saying they belong to campus and that have an access to windows through that pass. However, if they take too long to connect back to campus, that pass times out and they lose access. This guide will teach you how to connect to campus and get a new pass.

Activating Windows
To activate windows, press the windows key on your keyboard and type "Activation Settings".
From the activation settings page, activate your windows license.
