Overview of TeamDynamix (TDX)

TeamDynamix aka TDX is a Service Management software intended for campus-wide use and can be accessed at https://support.sdsmt.edu/. 

TDX has three interfaces TDNext, TDClient, and TDAdmin.
 

TDNext (Users)

• Access: Authorized users only.
• About: Access the ticketing, asset, and project management applications.

TDClient (Client Portal)

• Access: Any user, especially the client (faculty/staff/students).
• About: Read Knowledge Base articles, browse the Service Catalog, submit tickets, and more. This is the main point of contact between the client and the technician.

TDAdmin (Administrators)

• Access: Administrators only.
• About: The administrative console that is used to create and manage users, configure settings and control other elements of the TeamDynamix environment.
