The ITS Support Portal is the main point of contact between you and the ITS Technicians.
There are two main features of the Support Portal - Knowledge Base and Services.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base page contains a ton of helpful troubleshooting and instruction articles for common issues.
Services
The Services page provides a vast catalog of services offered by the ITS department.

- Issue: You require assistance with ordering a computer.
- Solution: Visit the Services page, move to the relevant category, then go to the appropriate service, and select the desired service offering to submit a request. In this case, you would need to go to Computer/Printer Hardware > Hardware - Computers/Printers > New Computer/Equipment Order.
