How to send messages from a shared inbox. 

Environment

Microsoft Outlook Classic and Microsoft Outlook

Instructions

  1. Choose "New Email" from the menu ribbon or press CTRL+N for a new message. 

  2. Choose the "From" menu in the new message window and choose the shared mailbox that you would like to send from.
