Only available to install on campus-owned computers.
Instructions
1. Log in to your campus device with your campus network credentials, then open the file explorer.
2. Go to sdsmtshare (\\speedy) (F:), then open the 'install' folder, then open the 'banner' folder. (F: \install\banner)
3. Copy 'PLSQL Developer', 'WINDOWS.X64_193000_client', and 'tnsnames.ora' locally to your desktop.

Install Oracle for Windows
1. Open the 'WINDOWS.X64_193000_client' folder, then open the 'client' folder.
2. Right click on the red 'setup' icon and select 'Run as administrator' to open the installation window.

3. Select 'Runtime' as the type of installation.

4. Choose 'Use Windows Built-In Account'.

5. Click through the rest of the prompts and click 'install'.
Install PLSQL Developer
1. Open the 'PLSQL Developer' folder and install double click on 'plsqldev1500x64' to install the latest version.

2. Walk through the installation window
3. Click 'Install for current user'.

4. For license options, select 'Enter license information'.

5. Under F: \install\banner, open PL-SQL license.txt to get the license information.

6. Enter in the registration information in the installation window.
7. Select 'Complete' for the setup type.

8. Click 'Install'.
Place tnsnames.ora
1. Drag and drop the 'tnsnames.ora' file under C: \app\client\(user name)\product\(version)\client_1\network\admin.

2. Once everything is installed, run PLSQL Developer and make sure that it functions properly.
