1. Open OneDrive on your computer or go to the OneDrive website and sign in with your Microsoft account or your work or school account.
2. Create a new folder or select the folder you want to share.
3. Right-click on the folder or click on the three dots and select "Share" .

4. The "Share" dialog box will appear.
5. Enter the email address of the recipient(s) of the file.
6. Select their permissions for the file.


7. Click "Send" to share the folder.
