Returning a Device Through the Mail

 

Introduction


This guide is to help with the full process of sending your mines computer back to the helpdesk through the mail

Instructions


If you are unable to return your laptop and charger to the Help Desk they can be mailed to campus

  • Please package your device and charger according to your shipping service's restrictions for shipping lithium-ion batteries.
  • Use sufficient packing material for the device and charger.
  • Make a note of the tracking number and email it to the Help Desk so we can ensure the package reaches its destination.  
  • Please put a note with your name, student ID, and reason for the return of the device in the device itself for easier processing.
  • Use the address below.

Note: If you are shipping your computer back for repairs, you don't need to send the charger back. If you are returning your device to campus at the end of being in the laptop program, you do need to send the charger back.
