Returning a Device Through the Mail


Returning the device and charger to the ITS Helpdesk in person is the preferred method.

If you can't, they can be sent in the mail.

Missing pieces will be charged to your account automatically and it will be up to you to return the peripherals in a timely manner to have the charge lifted from your account.

Please package your device according to your shipping service's restrictions for shipping lithium-ion batteries. Use sufficient packing material for the device and any peripherals.

We are not liable for damage to the device or peripherals that occur during shipping.

Please put a note with your name, student ID, and reason for the return of the device in the device itself for easier processing.
