Returning a Device Through the Mail


If you are able, returning the device and charger to the ITS Helpdesk is the preferred method. However, if you find yourself unable to do so, they will need to be sent in the mail. In the case that there are missing pieces, we will charge those to your account.

Please package your device according to your shipping service's restrictions for shipping lithium-ion batteries. Be sure to use sufficient packing material for the device and any peripherals. We are not liable for damage to the device or peripherals that occur during shipping.
