Introduction
This guide shows you how to check for current print credits, how to add more print credits, and the cost for printed documents.
Environment
A Campus owned windows device signed into by a student
Instructions
Checking print credits
Double-click on the print credits app that was preloaded onto the desktop (If you can't find it, please come to the helpdesk)
Click on the chevron (^) on the right side of your toolbar
Hover over the dollar sign
This will display the print credits of the person signed into the computer
Balance for [name of signed in]: The amount of money they have purchased in print credits
Free Quota: The amount left of the amount given by the school every semester
Adding Print Credits
Use the link below to add print credits to your student account.

Choose the amount of print credits you wish to buy
Read the warning
Fill out payment info
On the receipt, toggle "Add my print credits"
Print Credit Pricing
Print credits are charged per document page printed
It costs 5 cents per page printed on a black and white printer
It costs 15 cents per page printed on a color printer
