Image Requirements
- The file must be in a jpg or bmp format.
- File size cannot exceed 5 MB.
- Must be a square (1:1) aspect ratio.
- Must have a white or light-colored background.
- Must be in color.
- Must be a full front view of your head and shoulders only.
Tips:
To change file type: Go to file >> save as, and under the file name text box should be a drop down list of file types. You just need to select your desired one from that drop down list.
Cropping can be done in most photo applications, though It may be in the 'edit' options and not readily apparent.
